CIX is pleased to confirm that full symbol launch will proceed as scheduled today, completing the phased rollout of the CIX marketplace.
Effective September 28, 2026, CIX will support trading in all Canadian-listed securities, except for debentures and notes, which remain excluded from trading on CIX at this time.
CIX | Intelligent Cross ASPEN and CIX | Intelligent Cross ASPEN VERT books are open 8:00am - 5:00pm, and CIX | Intelligent Cross Midpoint book is open from 9:30am - 4:00pm.
CIX Trading Fees can be viewed on the Trading Pricing section of our website. As a reminder, there are no fees for accessing CIX trading books or consuming CIX Market Data currently, and there is a fee holiday for trading on the Midpoint book.
As announced previously, odd lot and jitney functionality remain unavailable on CIX at this time. Orders submitted as odd lots, mixed lots, or marked with a jitney designation will continue to be rejected. CIX is actively working on rolling out jitney and odd lot functionality and will send a notice to confirm the exact release date.
