Jeff is focused on leading CIX Trading’s efforts to build infrastructure for modern markets.
Mike has over 25 years of capital markets experience, with leadership roles at TMX, Nasdaq, Chi-X, and E*TRADE. He specializes in building sales teams, growing revenue, and managing client relationships across retail and institutional markets. At CIX, he’s driving adoption and connectivity across Canada’s dealer and fintech ecosystem.
Darren has 20 years of experience across trading, compliance, and operations. He’s led desks at Webull, RF/GMP Securities, and NBIN. A Chartered Investment Manager and FCSI®, Darren brings deep regulatory and market structure expertise to CIX’s infrastructure and operational build-out.
Anastassia has held key regulatory roles at major exchanges and investment dealers. At CSE, she helped secure approval for the CSE2 trading book. A JD from Osgoode Hall and Certified Privacy Professional, she leads CIX’s regulatory strategy and compliance initiatives.
André is a seasoned IT executive with over 20 years of driving transformational change and innovation in financial services and capital markets. His deep expertise spans solution architecture, product and project management, and equity trading platforms—leading strategic delivery for major financial institutions.
